Jayne is the interim Director of Legal and Compliance and sits on the Executive Committee at UK Finance, responsible for the team of lawyers, paralegals and compliance professionals advising UK Export Finance on all legal and financial crime risks relating to its business.
Joining UK Export Finance in 2011, Jayne specialised in Trade Finance and Credit Insurance, the development of various Guarantee products and Claims and Recoveries and, within the Legal and Compliance directorate, has held the roles of team leader, Deputy Head of Legal and Co-Head of Legal.
Jayne began her career working in the reinsurance industry in London, gaining an LLB in Law from Queen Mary College, University of London and an LLM from Trinity College, Dublin, before training and qualifying as a lawyer with Kennedys LLP in 2008.
